Dry Fly Fishing Masterclass
Thursday 10th August 6.30pm – 8.30pm
Join Mark Whitehead, Bolton Abbey River Keeper, and local fishing guide, Oscar Boatfield for a tutorial on the River Wharfe covering dry fly fishing.
The course will cover selecting dry flies, dry fly casting techniques, presentation and drift, troubleshooting and tactics, with an opportunity for a practice and to ask questions at the end.

Useful Information
- – The tutorial will take place on Thursday 10th August.
- – Parking will be in the Priory Church car park.
- – The introduction will start at the Priory Church 18:30 prompt.
- – The cost is £10 for members and £25 for non-members.
- – The event is suitable for ages 16+. Those aged 16-18 must be accompanied by a ticket holding adult.
- – Strong footwear and appropriate clothing is recommended.
- – Assistance dogs only.
