1Why are you installing Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) and barriers?
We are introducing this system to improve traffic flow, reduce congestion at busy times and make parking quicker and more straightforward for everyone visiting the estate.
2What will happen to the staff working in the car park kiosk?
We are presently in consultation with the team. We will continue to offer visitors a personal welcome and provide information.
3How many people can I register to one season ticket?
A maximum of two people can be registered to one season ticket. The named people must reside at the registered address.
4How many cars can I register to one season ticket?
A maximum of two cars registered to the same address.
5I am a season ticket holder but do not drive.

6Will I receive a physical season ticket?
We are trying to reduce our impact on the environment. You will receive an e-ticket which can be saved in the wallet on your smart phone. If two people are registered to the season ticket both season ticket holders will receive an e-ticket.
7I do not have a smart phone to save my season ticket on.

8How do I renew my season ticket?
When the ticketing system goes live you will receive an email/letter inviting you to log into your season ticket account. Here you can enter your card details so you do not have to remember when to renew because we will auto renew unless you tell us otherwise.
9I do not have an email address and or a computer to renew my season ticket.
Not a problem, we are placing an iPad in the Cavendish Shop and Village Shop. Our colleagues working in the shops will be pleased to help you upload a photograph and add the information necessary to manage your account.
10 Why do I have to add a photograph to my season ticket?
So we can identify you as the season ticket holder.
11Can I change the car number plate registered to my season ticket?
Yes you can change it once, thereafter, please call the Estate Office, telephone 01756 718009.
12Can I still purchase/renew a season ticket as a gift?
Yes, you will be able to purchase a gift voucher.
13When will the new system go live?
We are working towards week commencing 13th April 2026.
