For the first time ever, Bolton Abbey Estate will hold a bonfire and firework display in the grounds of the Priory ruins. Guests to this fabulous event will be invited to enjoy musical entertainment, fireworks by award winning display team “Optimum Fireworks”, food and beverages and mystical entertainers.

The bonfire will be held on Thursday 5th November. Free parking will be in Bolton Abbey car park from which it is only a short walk through the village. As you step through the hole in the wall, visitors will enjoy a magical view like never before.

Once again, the popular Pumpkin Trail will return to Strid Wood over October half term week. Oversized pumpkins will dress the trees and little ghosts and ghouls everywhere are invited to join in the family fun and unravel the witches’ spell.
The Welly Walk remains in situ until on Monday 2nd November providing the perfect adventure at which to enjoy the autumn colours.
