Learning Resources
We support your curriculum with learning programmes and resources that are underpinned by:
- Raising awareness of the environment
- Supporting health and wellbeing
- Promoting diversity
Our learning resources have been adapted from sessions that we deliver onsite at Chatsworth, Bolton Abbey or Lismore Castle, for you to use in your classroom, or at home. They are all linked to the national curriculum and are suitable for KS1 and KS2, with the exception of Portraits and Identity which is suitable for KS2 and KS3.
Activities for Children
These activities are taken from our Habitats session at Bolton Abbey. We’ve revised it for you to do at home, inside or outside if you have a garden. We hope you can get out in the fresh air and think about nature, and how animals adapt in order to survive – it is also possible to feel connected to nature indoors.
